INTEREST RATE
Due to the current volatility in swap rates, always ask to confirm current rates. We always maintain a competitive low variable rate and offer fixed rates from two, three and five years. There is no discrimination between owner-occupied and investment loans – they both have the same low rates.

REPAYMENT TYPE
We can assist in helping you choose the structure that suits you best. You can nominate principal and interest (P/I) or interest only.

TERM
The term of the loan can be set between 10 and 30 years, in 5yr increments. No upper limit on the age of borrowers.

PAYMENTS
You can nominate to pay your loan monthly, fortnightly or weekly. Regular salary or rental income can be paid directly into your loan account. Another option available is to pay one account from another within the same loan.

SPLIT LOANS
We can make up to four separate sub-loan accounts within the one loan. If you have non-deductible home loan debt and tax deductible investment debt within the same loan, it is useful to quarantine them for accounting purposes. You can use other splits to separate variable rate and fixed rate interest.

ACCOUNT KEEPING FEES
No ongoing account keeping or transaction fees for account transactions on the internet and phone access lines.

REDRAW FACILITY
If you pay down your loan principal you can redraw at any time without cost. This means your loan facility can operate like a line of credit by allowing you to redraw up to the previous balance limit.

ACCOUNT ACCESS
Access to your loan account is available 24 hours a day. Via loan account access you can check your loan balance, order statements, redraw funds, make principal reductions etc. from anywhere at anytime.

PORTABILITY
If you choose to sell your present property and purchase a new one, subject to valuation, you can transfer your loan.

INCREASE TO LOAN AMOUNT
Increase your loan at anytime (subject to lending guidelines). Useful if you need extra money for investment purposes or to consolidate other loans at a lower interest rate.

LOAN INSURANCE
If your loan is less than 80% of the value of the property, there is no charge. If the loan is above 80% then loan mortgage insurance is payable on a sliding scale. By structuring your loans, it is sometimes possible to reduce these costs.
